Pune, Maharashtra: In a grand spectacle that blended education, culture, and devotion, Dhruv Global School left audiences spellbound with their awe-inspiring presentation of the epic Ramayana. The event, featuring more than 450 students from classes 4th to 11th, unfolded during the Geeta Bhakti Amrit Mahotsav in collaboration with Geeta Parivar. The occasion marked the 75th birth anniversary of Swami Govinddev Giri Maharaj, treasurer of the Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust.
The elaborate production, lasting an impressive 2 hours and 20 minutes, showcased the immense talent and dedication of the students, captivating over 30,000 spectators. The performance received accolades for its artistic brilliance, attention to detail, and the commitment of the young participants.
Swami Govinddev Giri Maharaj, deeply moved by the presentation, expressed his admiration for the portrayal of Lord Ram. He emphasized the significance of embracing the virtues of Lord Ram, stating, “Ram is the soul of India, embodying the essence of our nation. His virtues will benefit us all. Witnessing this rendition of Ramayana by Valmiki is truly heartening.”
Yash Sanjay Malpani, the director of Dhruv Global School, highlighted the importance of studying Sri Ramcharitmanas, a sacred text that narrates the life of Lord Ram. He urged everyone to explore Sri Ramcharitmanas at least once in their lifetime, noting that it encapsulates the essence of every aspect of life and offers guidance to overcome challenges.
