Bridging Cultures: Maldives, Mongolia, and SPPU Pave the Way for Cross-Cultural Understanding

In a notable diplomatic affair, Ibrahim Shaheeb, the High Commissioner of Maldives to India, and Ganbold Dambajav, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the Republic of India, recently undertook a visit to Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU). The purpose of their visit was to explore and solidify potential collaborations in the realms of academia and culture.

The distinguished guests were warmly received in the presence of Vice Chancellor, Prof. (Dr.) Suresh Gosavi; Pro Vice Chancellor, Prof. (Dr.) Parag Kalkar; Prof. (Dr.) Sanjay Dhole, Director, IIL Member Secretary; and Board of Deans Member, Ravindra Shingnapurkar, along with Management Council Member, Dr. Jitendra Joshi.

The official meeting transpired today at 3:30 pm at the Vice Chancellor’s Office, Main Building, Savitribai Phule Pune University. During the discussions, both parties expressed eagerness to establish a strong connection between Maldives, Mongolia, and SPPU, India, fostering an environment conducive to meaningful partnerships.
