Army Institute of Technology Celebrates 30 Years of Excellence, Honors Distinguished Achievers

The Army Institute of Technology (AIT) is gearing up to commemorate its 30th Foundation Day on February 19, 2024, with a ceremony that will honor outstanding contributors to academia and entrepreneurship. The celebration will include the presentation of the Lifetime Achievement award to Padma Vibhushan Dr. Anil Kakodkar, former Chairman of the Atomic Energy Commission of India, and the Young Entrepreneur Award to Mr. Ankush Tiwari, an alumnus of the AIT 2002 batch.

The event, scheduled to commence at 10:00 am at the AIT Campus, will feature accolades for the Best All-around passing out student, Best Girl student of each branch, Best sportsperson, Best Teacher, Best Innovation, among others. Additionally, a showcase of student projects will be part of the festivities.

Lt. Gen AK Ramesh, Commandant, College of Military Engineering, will grace the occasion as the Chief Guest, adding to the significance of the Foundation Day celebrations.
