PMPML operates its public transportation services within the limits of Pune, Pimpri Chinchwad, and PMRDA. The daily ridership on PMPML buses averages between 10 to 12 lakh passengers. To simplify the travel experience and alleviate the challenges of procuring tickets on a daily basis, PMPML offers a range of 10 pass types through its 57 pass centers. These passes cater to diverse groups, including senior citizens, school students, general commuters, and municipal employees.
