Urgent Repair Work Underway in Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation to Address Unforeseen Issue
Residents of Moshi and surrounding areas in Pune are facing water supply disruptions today due to an unexpected leak detected in the main water channel along Spine Road in Sectors 11 and 13 of the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC). The municipal authorities have swiftly responded to the situation, initiating urgent repair work to rectify the issue and restore normalcy.
The affected areas, including Charholi, Dudulgaon, Borhade Wadi, Chovisawadi, Wadmukhwadi, Dehu Road, Chakrapani Vasahat, Indrayani Nagar, as well as Pradhikaran Sectors 4, 6, 9, 11, and 13, will experience temporary suspension of water supply until the repair work is completed. Furthermore, residents of Chakrapani Colony and Sadguru Nagar will also be affected by the disruption.
PCMC advises residents to utilize water judiciously during this period, as tomorrow’s water supply may be subject to irregularities, including shorter durations, lower pressure, and intermittent disruptions. The corporation assures the public that every effort is being made to expedite the repair process and minimize inconvenience.
