Pimpri-Chinchwad’s Stunner: Farzand, the Rs 7 Crore Marwari Horse, Takes Center Stage

In a dazzling showcase of indigenous cattle and horses at the International Exhibition Center in Moshi, Pimpri-Chinchwad, a Marwari horse named Farzand has taken center stage, capturing hearts with its staggering valuation of Rs 7 crore.

Organized by the All India Bullock Cart Association to celebrate the birthday of Bhosari Vidhan Sabha Constituency MLA Mahesh Landge, the event on November 25th and 26th is India’s largest exhibition of native cattle and horses, featuring an animal health camp.

The exhibition presents a diverse array of cattle breeds, competing for top honors with a unique ‘ramp walk,’ a first-of-its-kind initiative in India for top-ranking cattle.

Hailing from Rajasthan, Farzand stands out not only for its exceptional lineage but also for its lavish lifestyle. Owned by Yuvraj Jadeja, the four-year-old hybrid has garnered over 1100 victories in competitions across Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Madhya Pradesh, remaining undefeated.

Yuvraj Jadeja, a prominent landowner and businessman, invests a substantial Rs 2.5-3 lakhs monthly in Farzand’s maintenance. The horse’s care involves a dedicated team of four caregivers, a specially designed ambulance-like carriage for transportation, and a 24-hour stationed doctor ensuring elite treatment for this prized equine.
