According to the PCMC Fire Department, the building collapsed at 12:22 pm on 14th February. Upon immediate assessment of the situation, safety measures were implemented, and guidance for further action was provided after a thorough inspection of the incident site.
The PCMC Fire Department took effective and proactive measures to support and stabilize the tilted structure, thereby averting a potential mishap. Key actions included:
- Evacuation and Relocation: Residents from neighboring buildings were safely evacuated and relocated to a secure location.
