  2. Access E-Services: From the homepage, locate and click on the ‘E Services’ tab to explore the array of service options available.
  3. Register Your Society: Opt for ‘Grievance Registration’ to initiate the registration process. Ensure that you furnish precise and up-to-date information about your housing society, including its name.
  4. Lodge Your Complaint: Following a successful registration, proceed to ‘Register Your Complaint.’ Input the email or mobile number linked to your society’s registration, along with the provided password.
  5. File Your Complaint: Find your way to ‘New Grievance’ to submit your complaint. It’s essential to provide a detailed account of your concerns to expedite the resolution process effectively.

This streamlined procedure is designed to empower representatives of housing societies in efficiently addressing concerns and accessing special features on the PCMC Sarathi platform. The initiative is anticipated to foster improved communication and enhance the overall experience for society members.

The Pimpri Chinchwad Housing Societies Federation has expressed its appreciation to all participating societies and aspires to cultivate enhanced communication, transparency, and efficiency within the housing society ecosystem.
