- Access E-Services: From the homepage, locate and click on the ‘E Services’ tab to explore the array of service options available.
- Register Your Society: Opt for ‘Grievance Registration’ to initiate the registration process. Ensure that you furnish precise and up-to-date information about your housing society, including its name.
- Lodge Your Complaint: Following a successful registration, proceed to ‘Register Your Complaint.’ Input the email or mobile number linked to your society’s registration, along with the provided password.
- File Your Complaint: Find your way to ‘New Grievance’ to submit your complaint. It’s essential to provide a detailed account of your concerns to expedite the resolution process effectively.
