The eminent gathering included Prashant Kushwaha, President of the Indian Kayaking and Canoeing Association (IKCA), and Manjeet Singh, Chairman of the organization, along with Pradeep Naidu, Director of Planning and Development at IKCA. Joining them was Sameerji Mungekar, President of the Maharashtra Association Of Canoeing and Kayaking (MACK) and Vice President of the Maharashtra Olympic Committee. Datta Patil, Joint Secretary of IKCA, and Surendra Kore, Secretary of MACK, added their presence to the momentous event.
