Mumbai – From today till October 16th 2023, service month would be implemented through-out the state under which special campaign and people-oriented initiatives would be undertaken. As per the directions by the chief minister Eknath Shinde, and deputy chief minister Devendra Fadnavis and Ajit Pawar, the government resolution (GR) has been issued in this regard.
The service month is aimed at increasing awareness among the people about various schemes run by the regional offices of the state government and provide them information about these schemes so that they can avail the benefits of the schemes. The service month would be implemented for one month.
All the pending applications received on the website of the department on Aaple Sarkar portal, Mahavitaran poral, DBT portal, public grievance portal would be expedited in campaign mode during this service month period.
Various services have been included in this service month which includes giving benefits to eligible beneficiaries under Pradhan Mantri Kisan Sanman Nidhi scheme whose cases are pending due to technical issues, clearing pending mutation registrations, distributing ration cards to eligible beneficiaries, receiving property transfer records, giving new water ap connections, charging property tax and giving demand letters, giving permissions to domestic power connections, including the name of the new property owner on power connection after handing over of any property, going for online registration for wells under Birsa Munda agricultural revolution scheme for the scheduled Tribes beneficiaries, giving the certificate of differently abled, sanctioning the pending forest land rights to ST beneficiaries (Barring for the appeals), giving non-creamy layer certificates, giving marriage certificates, Aadhaar Card-PAN Card services, registration of new voters, birth-death certificates, learners’ driving licences, employment meets, providing employment to women’s self-help groups on priority, vaccination, senior citizens certificate, making available employment to trained candidates.
During the service month, procedure for action to expedite pending works in stipulated time would be finalized and implemented for the services notified under right to services act falling under all government departments.
