Maharashtra Governor gives away Self Employment Kits to Visually Impaired Women

Mumbai – Maharashtra Governor Ramesh Bais visited the headquarters of National Association for the Blind (NAB) at Worli Sea Face, Mumbai on Sat (21 Oct). The Governor gave away ‘Self Employment Kits’ to visually impaired women on the occasion. The Self-employment kits will enable visually impaired women to earn their livelihood.

President of ‘NAB’ India Hemant Takle, Honorary Secretary Dr. Vimal Kumar Dengla, Executive Director Pallavi Kadam and Divyang persons were present. The Governor felicitated the donors and office bearers working with NAB. Earlier, the Governor visited the Computerized Braille Transcription Unit, Braille Embossing Unit and Online Books and Talking Book Studio.
