Mumbai: The Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) exam results for 2024 are set to be announced on Tuesday. Students can access their results online starting at 1 pm. This year’s exams, which commenced on February 21, saw participation from 3.5 lakh students in the Mumbai division and 15 lakh students statewide.

Students can check their results on the official websites: mahresult.nic.in and mahahsscboard.in.
Supplementary Exams and Re-Evaluation
For those who need to take supplementary exams, the schedule is set for July-August. Students can start filling out online forms for these exams from May 27. Additionally, students who wish to request re-evaluation can obtain photocopies of their answer booklets between May 22 and June 5.
Breakdown of Exam Participation
The Mumbai division, which includes Mumbai, Thane, Palghar, and Raigad, had significant student participation. Mumbai alone had over 1.59 lakh students taking the exams, followed by Thane with over a lakh students.
Preventing Malpractices
This year, a ‘Fighting Misconduct’ campaign has been launched to curb malpractices during the exams. This initiative aims to ensure the integrity and fairness of the examination process.
