The company, renowned for its commitment to quality and innovation, is poised to complete the bulk of its existing luxury projects, signaling a shift towards larger living spaces.
Expanding Horizons: 5,000 Units, 50 Lakh Sq Feet
VTP Realty plans to deliver a staggering 5,000 units in the fiscal year 2024, totaling an impressive 50 lakh sq feet. With an average flat size of 1,000 sq ft, this surge in delivery marks a significant milestone for the company. Notably, the completion of two luxury projects, Mahalunge Leonara and Belair, will contribute to this increased average flat size.
While historically the average flat size of VTP Realty’s projects falls within the mid-segment category, the completion of luxury ventures is expected to elevate this metric. Sachin Bhandari, CEO of VTP Realty, affirmed this trajectory, stating that the influx of luxury projects will reshape the company’s portfolio.
Surpassing Milestones: Crossing 1 Crore Sq Ft
Not content with just redefining average flat sizes, VTP Realty aims to surpass the 1 crore sq ft mark in home deliveries within the current financial year. This ambitious goal underscores the company’s commitment to meeting the evolving demands of Pune’s dynamic real estate market.
Future Ventures: Expanding Offerings Across Pune
Looking ahead, VTP Realty is gearing up to launch two projects in Hinjewadi, totaling over 3,000 residential units and measuring approximately 33 lakh sq ft. Additionally, another residential project featuring 500 units in Bavdhan, spanning around 7.5 lakh sq ft, is in development. The company is also exploring opportunities to acquire land parcels in key areas like Dhanori, Charoli, Manjri, Pirangut, and Phursungi, further solidifying its commitment to Pune’s diverse real estate landscape.
