Revolutionizing LPG: Pune Gas Leads with World’s First Micro LPG System

Pune, November 2, 2023: In a remarkable stride toward the “Make In India” initiative, Pune Gas has introduced the world’s first Micro LPG System tailored exclusively for commercial LPG customers. With a history spanning over three decades, providing top-tier solutions for India’s industrial heat and gas requirements, Pune Gas, in collaboration with esteemed German partners – Flüssiggas-Anlagen GmbH (FAS), has unveiled a 15kg/hr dry-type vaporizer equipped with cutting-edge safety features.

This Liquid Off Take (LOT) system represents a pioneering achievement in high-efficiency dry-type vaporization, poised to revolutionize numerous industries, particularly the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) sector. The Micro LPG System bears the potential to unlock annual savings of up to 1200 Crores for commercial customers and the entire nation, which have been hampered by the unusable LPG residue often left in 19kg commercial cylinders. By optimizing LPG utilization and reducing wastage, it aligns seamlessly with India’s aspirations for sustainable energy consumption.

Jesal Sampat, Executive Director of Pune Gas, expressed, “I’m delighted to introduce LPGenius, a true game-changer in the realm of LPG management. LPGenius reflects our dedication to innovation and efficiency. Its compact design, rapid setup, advanced safety features, and the elimination of LPG residue in cylinders exemplify our commitment to delivering sustainable, intelligent solutions to our customers. This innovation isn’t just a local solution; it’s a global answer to a problem faced by countless commercial kitchens worldwide. It’s more than a product; it’s a pledge to transform LPG management for businesses across India.”

Commercial LPG users have long grappled with the significant issue of LPG residue being left unused in commercial cylinders, resulting in substantial commercial and environmental losses. Furthermore, the problem of LPG cylinder sweating or freezing, a common occurrence, leads to fuel loss and profit leakage, often compelling users to resort to unscientific and inefficient solutions fraught with safety hazards. The most effective solution lies in Liquid Off-Take (LOT) cylinders, which require a vaporizer. However, the need for space and high maintenance costs present substantial challenges for commercial users, including restaurants, hotels, eateries, canteens, central kitchens, and other food service establishments operating within confined spaces.

This innovative system offers the flexibility of using single or dual Liquid Off-Take (LOT) cylinders, providing ease of LPG utilization with a choice of two LPG output capacities, either 5 kg/hr or 10 kg/hr. Safety takes precedence, with all essential safety features seamlessly integrated to ensure secure operations. The system features a vaporizer with a capacity of up to 15 kg/hr, ensuring a consistent LPG supply. Designed with ergonomic precision, it boasts a compact form factor and offers plug-and-play convenience, eliminating the need for complex installations and saving valuable time. Moreover, it incorporates gas leak detection and continuous monitoring of LPG levels, guaranteeing utmost safety and operational efficiency. This system epitomizes full automation, streamlining LPG management for commercial users.

Pune Gas, a trailblazer in delivering solutions for industrial and commercial gas users, has undertaken the challenge of finding a sustainable remedy for this predicament. Their Micro LPG System seeks to redefine how commercial LPG users interact with cylinders, making the process more efficient and cost-effective. Compact, organized, and efficient, this solution represents an ideal choice for commercial LPG users seeking a hassle-free and secure resolution to the issues of cylinder sweating and freezing.
