Bajaj Unleashes 2024 Pulsar NS160 and NS200: Stylish Upgrades, Competitive Pricing

In an exciting move for motorcycle enthusiasts, Bajaj Auto has officially launched the 2024 iterations of the popular Pulsar NS160 and Pulsar NS200 models in India. The revamped motorcycles bring a fresh look, LED upgrades, and digital enhancements to elevate the riding experience for enthusiasts. With stock already arriving at dealerships, let’s delve into the details of these exciting releases.

Styling and Features: Both the Pulsar NS160 and NS200 have undergone a styling makeover, featuring a new LED headlight setup with thunder-shaped LED DRLs. While the overall bodywork and muscular panels retain their essence, the internal changes in the headlight configuration add a touch of modernity to the bikes.

Power and Performance: The NS160 continues to be powered by the reliable 160cc single-cylinder motor, delivering 17.03bhp and 14.6 Nm, coupled with a five-speed gearbox. On the other hand, the NS200 boasts a robust 199cc single-cylinder engine, producing 24.13 bhp and 18.74 Nm, mated to a six-speed gearbox.

Digital Display and Connectivity: One of the standout features of the 2024 models is the new digital display that includes a speedometer, rev counter, odometer, and fuel level readout. Additionally, the bikes now offer smartphone connectivity, allowing riders to receive call and SMS notifications on the go.

Suspension and Braking: Both the NS160 and NS200 ride on USD front forks paired with a rear monoshock for enhanced stability. The braking system includes front and rear discs equipped with ABS, ensuring optimal safety. The motorcycles roll on 17-inch wheels fitted with road-biased tires.

Pricing Details: The 2024 Bajaj Pulsar NS160 is competitively priced at Rs. 1.46 lakh, while the more powerful Pulsar NS200 comes with a tag of Rs. 1.57 lakh (both prices ex-showroom, Delhi). The NS160 positions itself against rivals like the TVS Apache RTR 160 4V and Hero Xtreme 160R, while the NS200 competes in the segment with the TVS Apache RTR 200 4V.
