Her soulful voice breathed life into my words, elevating them to new depths of emotional resonance. It was a testament to the power of music to touch hearts and evoke profound emotions through her voice and my lyrics.”

Sharing more about his journey, Dr. Sagar says, “Music has always been my first love, and I have always had a deep passion for writing poems and songs. However, my personal journey hasn’t been without challenges. As a lyricist, I have faced numerous obstacles in understanding how to make a song a resounding success. But with my training at JNU and the support from Bollywood personalities, I have had the opportunity to reach where I am today.”

For those unfamiliar with Dr. Sagar’s work, he has penned songs for films like Music School, Maharani Season 2, Afwaah, Bheed, and many more. He has collaborated with eminent directors such as Sudhir Mishra, Anubhav Sinha, Subhash Kapoor, Neeraj Panday, Illayaraja, and Salim Suleman. Several notable singers from the film industry, including Arijit Singh, Jubin Nautiyal, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, Atif Aslam, Javed Ali, Sunidhi Chauhan, Shreya Ghoshal, Kailash Kher, Udit Narayan, Kumar Sanu, Sadhna Sargam, and Suresh Wadkar, have lent their voices to Dr. Sagar’s compositions, leaving a lasting impact on listeners.
