Pune: In a resolute move, the Pune Police, led by Commissioner Ritesh Kumar, has successfully apprehended and incarcerated Tushar Kailas Kakade, a 19-year-old resident of SRA Colony A Wing, Flat No. 1109 Shinde Vasti, Hadapsar, Pune. The arrest comes in response to Kakade’s menacing activities that spread terror among the citizens of the Shivajinagar area.
The swift action, executed under the Maharashtra Prevention of Dangerous Activities (MPDA) Act, was initiated by the Shivajinagar Police, officially placing Kakade behind bars at Amravati Central Jail for a duration of one year. The move reflects a coordinated effort involving Commissioner Ritesh Kumar, Joint Commissioner Sandeep Karnik, Upper Commissioner Praveen Patil, Deputy Commissioner Sandeep Singh Gill, Assistant Commissioner Vasant Kuvar, Senior Police Inspector Arvind Mane, and Police Inspector Vikram Goud.
Commissioner Ritesh Kumar’s gave order to invoke the MPDA Act against Tushar Kakade, a known offender, at the Shivajinagar Police Station on Wednesday, November 22.
This successful operation was carried out with planning and execution, guided by the expertise of Deputy Commissioner Sandeep Singh Gill and Assistant Commissioner Vasant Kuvar. The arresting team, led by Senior Police Inspector Arvind Mane and Police Inspector Vikram Goud, included the efforts of police sub-inspector Vishal Shinde and members of the surveillance team, namely Santosh Memane, Rohit Zambare, and Dilip Nagre.
