Bharati Vidyapeeth New Law College Holds Campaign

Pune: On the occasion of Pandharpur Wari, Bharati Vidyapeeth’s New Law College, Pune, Legal Aid Center has organised a campaign to make the warkaris legally aware about their rights throughout the wari period and this time the topic was ‘Mazhe Mrutyupatra, Mazhi Zababdari’ (‘My Will/codicil, my Responsibility’).The camp was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Ujwala Bendale Dean and In Charge Principal and coordinated by Dr. Rohit Surawase. Student Adv. Dattatraya Mali and others were also present for the camp.

First camp was successfully conducted at Moshi,ON 28th June, where warakaris from ‘Ramkrishna Prasadik Dindi Kramank 221’ were present. On this occasion the college adopted the Dindi and guaranteed them to provide legal aid throughout the year and also presented them with a Certificate of Honour for their participation in legal awareness.
