Pune: The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB), Pune division, has registered a case against the then Deputy Director, Land Records, Nagpur, along with his wife, at the Yerwada Police Station on Saturday (June 29) in connection with accumulation of assets disproportionate (DA) to their known source of income.

An open inquiry was conducted by the ACB, Pune office, regarding the properties acquired by accused Dadabhau Talpe. He has been given opportunities from time to time to explain whether the assets he has acquired are legitimately sourced. He was asked to provide details in this regard.
