Lifestyle, the renowned department store chain, has unveiled its latest store at the Phoenix Mall of Millennium in Wakad, Pune. The company officially announced the opening through social media channels on Friday, expressing its excitement about this expansion that introduces the latest trends, exclusive promotions, and a diverse product selection to an even broader audience.
Lifestyle is among the impressive roster of 350 brands that have established their presence within the Phoenix Mall of Millennium, which commenced operations earlier this month in Pune. This mall, developed by Phoenix Mills Ltd. (PML) in partnership with the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPP Investments), spans an impressive 16 acres and boasts over 12 lakh sq. ft. of gross leasable area.
Notably, the mall distinguishes itself with unique offerings, including a Fan Park and a 14-screen cinema, providing a comprehensive entertainment and shopping experience. Among the anchor brands featured in this sprawling mall are H&M, Marks & Spencer’s, Reliance Trends, Westside, Hamley’s, and Shoppers Stop, with a total of 15 anchor brands available.
In addition to the anchor brands, the mall also showcases 10 mini-anchor brands, featuring names like Puma, Tanishq, Croma, Skechers, and Home 360. Furthermore, it includes 14 star brands, with popular names such as Forever New, Charles and Keith, Swarovski, Nautica, and Bugatti.
Lifestyle, owned by the Dubai-based Landmark Group, is a key anchor in many leading malls across India. The chain recently celebrated a significant milestone with the opening of its 100th store in May. In line with its expansion strategy, the brand aims to establish at least 50 new stores across the country over the next three to four years, further solidifying its presence in the Indian retail landscape.
