Pune, 15th August 2023: On the 77th Independence Day, the DoRBit Foundation illuminated Godambewadi #2 School with smiles and excitement. Amidst the unfurling of the Indian flag and the spirit of patriotism, the foundation brought an extra dose of warmth and compassion to the occasion.
The village atmosphere was charged with anticipation as the DoRBit team arrived at Z.P. School, brimming with enthusiasm and school bags overflowing with potential. The fluttering tricolor flag epitomized India’s unity in diversity, setting the tone for the day’s significance. The flag soared high, marking the commencement of a day filled with meaning and kindness.
Picture this: vibrant school bags, laden with dreams and opportunities, were tenderly handed over to 50 eager young students. The architects behind this heartening gesture were the unsung heroes of the DoRBit Foundation, spearheaded by the dedicated Abhishek Singh. His efforts paralleled the vibrancy of the bags, as he orchestrated the acquisition of these essential items for the students who needed them the most. With the unwavering support of the devoted school teachers, the event transformed into a resounding success.
However, the narrative doesn’t culminate there; it evolves into an even more heartwarming chapter. An enthusiastic volunteer, Teena Lamror, chose to commemorate her own birthday by becoming the generous sponsor of these school bags, infusing joy into the lives of these children.
