In a heartwarming spectacle of affection, the Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) in Bengaluru played a pivotal role in transporting an extraordinary 2.9 crore rose stems, weighing an impressive 12,22,860 kg during the Valentine’s season. The Bangalore International Airport Limited (BIAL) reported a remarkable 108% increase in tonnage processed compared to the previous year.

  5. Enhanced Cold Chain Capacity: KIA invests in real-time tracking systems, partnerships with WFS Bengaluru Private Limited and Menzies Aviation, and advanced cold chain centers to ensure the quality and swift handling of delicate rose shipments.
