South Korea, recognizing the global appeal of remote work and workations, has become the latest country to extend a warm welcome to these ‘digital nomads.’ The newly introduced digital nomad visa allows foreign visitors to stay in South Korea for an initial period of one year, with the option to extend it for an additional year. This marks a departure from the previous tourist visa, which limited stays to 90 days.
