Xiaomi Introduces HyperOS in India: A Comprehensive Rollout Plan and Exciting Features Unveiled

In a significant move, Xiaomi has launched its innovative HyperOS interface in India, marking a shift from its longstanding MIUI operating system. The company outlined a detailed plan for the widespread implementation of HyperOS across existing smartphones and tablets in the country.

Rollout Strategy and Global Deployment:

Xiaomi, known for its strategic approach, unveiled a comprehensive rollout plan for HyperOS, starting with the Xiaomi 14 series, set to be launched in India on March 7. This series will be the first to come pre-installed with the HyperOS interface, emphasizing the brand’s commitment to innovation.

Already available for users of Xiaomi 13 Pro and Xiaomi Pad 6 in India, the stable HyperOS upgrade provides an enhanced user experience. Additionally, owners of Redmi 12 5G, Redmi 12C, Redmi 11 Prime, and Redmi Pad can also enjoy the HyperOS update. Xiaomi has slated a March release for the update on various other devices, including Xiaomi 12 Pro, Redmi Note 13 Pro+, Redmi Note 13 Pro, and others.

Globally, Xiaomi plans to extend HyperOS to devices like Xiaomi 13, Xiaomi 13T, Xiaomi 12, Xiaomi 12T series, and Redmi models such as Redmi Note 13 5G and Redmi Note 12 5G series within the first half of 2024, ensuring compatibility with a diverse range of devices.

HyperOS Features and Future Innovations:

HyperOS is set to redefine the user experience with its advanced AI capabilities. Users can anticipate features like text generation, image creation from doodles, and text extraction from images. The new operating system also brings a plethora of UI customization options, allowing users to personalize elements such as the lockscreen, Control Center, and various interface areas.

This shift to HyperOS represents Xiaomi’s departure from its proprietary OS MIUI after 13 years, showcasing the brand’s commitment to embracing cutting-edge technology and enhancing user interactions with their devices.
