Automatic Security Code Verification for Enhanced Privacy
In addition to the channel alerts feature, WhatsApp is also reportedly rolling out another noteworthy feature to a limited number of beta testers on Android. This feature, known as “automatic security code verification,” aims to bolster end-to-end encryption.
With automatic security code verification, the app will attempt to verify message encryption automatically, eliminating the need for user intervention.
