This collaborative agreement is aimed at facilitating the expansion of mobile services and infrastructure by providing wholesale access to Proximus’ robust mobile network.

The scope of the agreement is national in scale, as Proximus extends its wholesale mobile services across the entire country. The contract establishes the framework for delivering mobile wholesale services on a nationwide basis. Notably, as part of this arrangement, Proximus will also propose the decommissioning of approximately 400 mobile sites that it currently owns. These sites will subsequently become available for acquisition by InSky, a specialized company involved in deploying infrastructure for both Digi Communications Belgium and Citymesh Connect.
