In a strategic move to fortify its digital infrastructure, Center3, a subsidiary of the stc Group, has unveiled plans to acquire CMC Networks, a leading provider of network solutions spanning Africa and the Middle East. The acquisition, outlined in a definitive agreement, underscores Center3’s commitment to growth and expansion in key markets, positioning itself as a major player in the region.

Center3’s Strategic Leap

Center3’s move to acquire CMC Networks aligns with its vision for sustained growth in the Middle East and African markets. CMC Networks’ Pan-African Dominance

Boasting a network that spans over 110 service locations, CMC Networks claims the title of the largest pan-African network, servicing a remarkable 51 out of 54 African countries and 12 countries in the Middle East. The company’s regional hubs strategically dot key interconnect locations across Europe, the Americas, and the Asia Pacific.
