Airtel Boosts Presence in Pune with Launch of 14 Cutting-edge Stores

In a strategic move to enhance its presence in Pune, Bharti Airtel announced on Monday the inauguration of 14 next-gen company-owned stores across various locations in the city. These state-of-the-art stores are designed to serve as one-stop-shops, showcasing the complete spectrum of Airtel’s offerings, including Xstream, Xsafe, and 5G Plus.

The ‘Airtel Friends,’ a dedicated team of store staff, have undergone specialized training to proficiently address and resolve customer queries spanning Airtel’s diverse portfolio, encompassing mobile services, broadband connectivity, and DTH (Direct-to-Home) offerings.

The newly established Airtel stores are strategically positioned in key areas of Pune, ensuring accessibility for residents and seamless service. The locations include Pashan, Phursungi, Pimple Gurav, Dighi, BT Kawde Road, Dhayri, Sangvi, Keshav Nagar, Chikali, Lohegaon, Bhosari, Wadgaon Sheri, Nigdi, and Katraj Kondwa.

George Mathen, CEO-Maharashtra at Bharti Airtel, emphasized the company’s commitment to the Maharashtra market, stating, “…Maharashtra continues to be a big focus market for us, and we will continue to invest in this market.”

With the addition of these 14 new stores, Airtel aims to further streamline customer engagement and cater to the growing demand for its services in Pune. The move complements the existing network of 29 stores in the city, reinforcing Airtel’s commitment to providing a seamless and holistic customer experience.
