Virat Kohli Arrives in Ayodhya Ahead of Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha; Cricketer’s Convoy Captured in Viral Video

As the nation prepares for the historic Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha in Ayodhya on January 22, Indian cricket captain Virat Kohli has reportedly reached the holy town to be a part of the momentous occasion. In a video circulating on social media, Virat’s convoy can be seen entering Ayodhya, creating a buzz among cricket enthusiasts and fans.

While the video is yet to be officially verified, reports suggest that Virat Kohli, along with several other cricket legends like MS Dhoni, Sachin Tendulkar, R Ashwin, Harmanpreet Kaur, and Mithali Raj, has been invited to attend the event. BCCI granted Virat Kohli a day off after the second T20I against Afghanistan, allowing him to be present at the historic Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha.

Earlier in the day, veteran spinner Anil Kumble and former pacer Venkatesh Prasad were also spotted in Ayodhya, expressing their excitement for the momentous event. Sachin Tendulkar and Ravindra Jadeja’s reported arrival in Ayodhya has added to the anticipation and excitement surrounding the inauguration of the Ram Mandir.

Taking to social media, Venkatesh Prasad confirmed his presence in Ayodhya, stating, “Jai Shree Ram. What a moment. All in readiness to witness an event of a lifetime. One of our most significant days. The whole of Ayodhya and the majority of our nation pulsating with joy. Ayodhyapati Shree Ramchandra ji ki Jai.”

The Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha, scheduled for January 22, has garnered widespread attention and is considered a momentous festival in India. The presence of cricketing legends adds a unique touch to the event, highlighting its significance in the country.

Meanwhile, Virat Kohli, part of the Indian squad for the upcoming five-match Test series against England, is expected to fly to Hyderabad, the venue for the first Test starting on January 25, after participating in the Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha event.
