The Dr. Pramod Mulay Memorial Pune District Table Tennis Championship 2023 witnessed the crowning of two young champions as Neil Mulye and Anandita Lunawat claimed victory in the Boys and Girls Under 19 categories. The championship, held at PYC Hindu Gymkhana’s Table Tennis Hall, was organized under the auspices of the Pune District Table Tennis Association.
In the Boys Under 19 Final, fifth-seeded Neil Mulye displayed exceptional skill and determination to overcome Ishan Khandekar in a thrilling encounter, winning 11-09, 11-13, 11-07, 12-10, 11-08. Meanwhile, the Girls Under 19 final saw second-seeded Anandita Lunawat delivering a remarkable performance as she outplayed Radhika Sakpal with a score of 11-08, 11-04, 11-09, 10-12, 11-09 to secure the title.
