In an unexpected turn of events, the main branch of the State Bank of India (SBI) in Shahganj locality, Unnao, witnessed a peculiar incident when a stray bull wandered into the bank during broad daylight, causing panic among both staff and customers. A 30-second video capturing the unusual scene quickly went viral on social media platforms.
The incident occurred when two bulls were engaged in a confrontation outside the bank. As one bull pursued the other towards the bank entrance, the open door facilitated its entry. Fortunately, the incident took place during a period of lower customer footfall.
The viral video depicts customers and bank staff reacting to the “unexpected intrusion,” scrambling for safety as the bull casually roams around the branch. The bank’s security guard successfully managed to guide the bull out of the premises, ensuring the safety of everyone present during the bizarre event.
While the incident ended without any injuries or damage, the video caught the attention of the Samajwadi Party (SP), which took to social media to share the clip. In a tweet directed at Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the party questioned how a bull managed to reach the cash counter of the SBI branch, seeking an explanation.
