The couple, residing on Sarjapur Road, ordered an Xbox controller from Amazon, expecting a typical delivery experience. However, upon receiving the package directly from the delivery partner, they were stunned to find a venomous snake inside instead of their anticipated gaming accessory.
“We ordered an Xbox controller two days ago from Amazon and received a live snake in the package. The package was directly handed over to us by the delivery partner, not left outside,” one of the customers recounted.

Despite promptly receiving a full refund for their order, the couple expressed deep concerns about the safety risks they faced due to the snake’s presence. They highlighted what they perceive as Amazon’s negligence in maintaining transportation and warehousing hygiene and supervision.
“We did receive a complete refund, but what do we get for risking our lives here with a highly venomous snake? This is clearly a safety breach caused solely by Amazon’s negligence,” the customer emphasized.
