A state-of-the-art Network Operation Centre and Security Operation Centre will monitor the system 24/7.
  5. Biometric Information Storage: The new passports will feature an embedded chip containing the holder’s biometric information, enhancing security and preventing the production of fake passports.
  6. Reduced Processing Time: With Passport Seva Programme 2.0, the current passport issuance duration of four to five days is expected to be significantly reduced, making the process faster and more efficient for applicants.
