Navigating New Year’s Eve: Traffic Changes in Ghaziabad’s Sector-18 for a Safe Celebration

As Ghaziabad gears up for New Year celebrations, significant changes in traffic routes, especially around Sector-18, have been announced by the traffic police.   2. Deployment of Traffic Personnel Approximately 50 traffic police officers will be stationed in Sector-18 to manage the traffic effectively.
  3. Parking Arrangements Vehicles can park in the designated parking areas of GIP and Garden Galleria Mall. A similar arrangement is made for Sector-137 Advant Navis Business Park. Parking in front of all malls is strictly prohibited to avoid congestion.
  4. Avoid Non-Essential Travel Traffic police have advised avoiding non-essential travel to 19 specific locations, including various malls and hotels in Indirapuram, such as Aditya Mall, Habitat Center, Shipra Mall, Jaipuria Mall, and hotels like Radisson Blu near UP Gate.
  5. Alternate Routes In case of heavy traffic, diversions from Logix Tiraha towards Sector 31 and 25 Chowk may be implemented.
  6. Traffic Movement Post Afternoon The influx of people in Sector-18 typically starts in the afternoon, leading to increased traffic.
  7. Sector-18: The Mini Connaught Place Known as the Mini Connaught Place, Sector-18 houses numerous malls, pubs, bars, and restaurants, making it a popular destination for New Year celebrations.
