Indore Authorities Dismiss Class 10 Hindi Exam Paper Leak Allegations, Pledge Legal Action

Indore district authorities in Madhya Pradesh have strongly refuted claims circulating on social media regarding the alleged leak of the Class 10 Hindi exam paper just before the examination on Monday. Officials have declared the rumors as baseless and cautioned that legal consequences await those responsible for spreading false information.

Manglesh Kumar Vyas, the district education officer, asserted that a thorough investigation has been conducted, revealing that reports of the Class 10 Hindi paper leak are unfounded. The comparison of question papers shared on social media with the actual ones used in the examination highlighted discrepancies in codes and questions, dispelling any legitimacy to the claims.

Vyas pointed out that individuals with malicious intent are deliberately propagating misinformation about the paper leak. In response, he announced the initiation of legal action, stating that a first information report (FIR) will be filed against those responsible under the Information Technology Act.

The Class 10 examinations of the Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education commenced on Monday, involving around 49,000 students at 137 examination centers in Indore. Notably, 21 of these centers have been designated as sensitive, and the authorities have deployed police personnel to ensure heightened security measures, as confirmed by the district education officer.

As the situation unfolds, the authorities remain vigilant in maintaining the integrity of the examination process, urging the public to rely on verified information and dismissing the unfounded rumors surrounding the alleged paper leak.
