In an epochal event, Prime Minister Narendra Modi took charge of the ‘Pran Pratishtha’ rituals, signaling the inauguration of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. This monumental occasion saw Lord Ram’s homecoming after 500 years, and the first glimpses of Ram Lalla’s (infant Lord Ram) countenance were unveiled amid jubilant celebrations.
PM Modi actively participated in the 84-second ‘muhurta’ for the ‘Pran Pratishtha,’ preceded by rituals alongside RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat. The Prime Minister made his entry into the Ram temple moments before the commencement of the rituals, setting the stage for a grand celebration. Distinguished guests, including Bollywood icons Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Katrina Kaif, along with cricket legends Sachin Tendulkar and Anil Kumble, added to the auspicious atmosphere.
Noteworthy attendees also include business magnates Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani, along with their daughter Isha Ambani. The collective presence of these eminent figures underscores the significance of this historic event, symbolizing the culmination of a journey that spans centuries.
As Ayodhya witnesses the joyous inauguration of the Ram Mandir, the ‘Pran Pratishtha’ rituals led by PM Modi serve as a testament to the cultural and spiritual richness embedded in India’s heritage.
