The Vande Bharat Express, a prestigious train connecting Gorakhpur and Lucknow, is currently facing an unexpected challenge – the intrusion of video and reel creators who are tampering with the train’s coaches for the sake of content creation. This unique predicament has prompted railway authorities to respond by imposing fines on those responsible for the disruptions.
Known for its modern amenities and high-speed travel experience, the Vande Bharat Express has gained significant attention from content creators seeking to capture their train journeys in a variety of creative ways. However, the influx of these influencers has led to disruptions that impact both passengers and the train’s operational efficiency.
Since its inaugural run on July 9th, the Vande Bharat Express has witnessed a surge of YouTubers and reel makers who often obstruct the travel experience of regular passengers. Compounding the issue, the train makes a nine-hour stop at Charbagh station during its route, providing ample time for these content creators to board the train and document their experiences.
These individuals have been recording and sharing videos that highlight both positive and negative aspects of the train journey. What’s more concerning is that they document their interactions with security personnel who are attempting to curb their activities, further aggravating the situation.
To combat this issue, the Charbagh Railway Administration has taken a proactive step by imposing fines on those individuals found without platform tickets for station entry. Currently, fifteen individuals have been fined five hundred rupees each for their actions. Additionally, the Northern Railway Administration has reached out to these content creators, appealing to their sense of responsibility and cooperation to ensure a seamless and disruption-free experience for all passengers.
