GPT Healthcare IPO Allotment Status: Check Application, Latest GMP, and Listing Date

GPT Healthcare is set to finalize the basis of allotment for its recently concluded initial public offering (IPO) on Tuesday, February 27. Investors are advised to check their application status, keep an eye on the latest Grey Market Premium (GMP), and mark the tentative listing date of Thursday, February 29, on their calendars.

The multi-specialty hospital chain, headquartered in Eastern India, received a positive response to its IPO, which was open for subscription from February 22 to February 26. GPT Healthcare’s IPO was priced in the range of Rs 177-186 per share, and the company successfully raised Rs 525.14 crore through a combination of fresh share sale and offer-for-sale.

The IPO saw robust demand, with an overall subscription of 8.52 times. Qualified institutional bidders (QIBs) and non-institutional investors (NIIs) contributed significantly to the subscription, with their quotas oversubscribed by 17.30 times and 11.02 times, respectively. Retail investors also showed interest, subscribing 2.44 times during the three-day bidding process.

The Grey Market Premium for GPT Healthcare has witnessed a mild recovery, currently standing at Rs 12-15 per share, indicating a potential listing pop of 6-8%. The company was previously commanding a single-digit premium over the weekend.

JM Financial serves as the sole book-running lead manager for the GPT Healthcare IPO, while Link Intime India acts as the registrar for the issue. Shareholders can expect the listing of GPT Healthcare shares on both BSE and NSE on February 29, subject to market conditions.

  4. Enter the application number
  5. Add the PAN card ID
  6. Click on ‘I am not a Robot’ and submit
