Kolhapur: Sep 7 (UNI) Senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Pankaja Munde said on Thursday that she did not consider herself as the backbencher in BJP.
Talking with reporters after visiting the temple of Goddess Shree Mahalaxmi here, she said, “where I stand is not a position, but a state of mind and I never considered myself in the back row of BJP.”
Ms Munde, who arrived here this afternoon with her ongoing ‘Shivshajti Parikrama’ yatra from Satara and Sangli, visited Shree Mahalaxmi temple and sought blessings of Goddess Shree Mahalaxmi.
She further said that she has so far received good response for her yatra in the state.
She also visited residence of MPs Dhananjay Mahadik and Dharysheel Mane.
