Nashik Factory Fire: Adima Private Limited Engulfed in Flames, Extensive Damage Reported

Nashik, February 2: A major fire erupted today at the Adima Private Limited factory in the Sinnar taluka’s Musalgaon area, causing significant destruction to the entire Sinnar Industrial Area. The incident, marked by explosions, has prompted swift action from the Sinnar Municipal Council, MIDC police, and firefighting teams as they work to control the inferno.

The fire, which remains intense, has resulted in thick smoke engulfing the Sinnar taluka, visible from a distance of 10 to 15 kilometers. Preliminary reports indicate that approximately 50 to 60 workers were present in the factory at the time of the fire outbreak, though information regarding injuries or casualties is yet to be confirmed.

Emergency response teams, led by Chairman Namakarana Aware of Sinnar Taluka Cooperative Industrial Estate, along with administrative officials Mr. Kamalakar Pote and MIDC Police Inspector Yashwant Baviskar, are actively managing the crisis. Fire tenders are deployed to combat the flames, and the focus remains on the safety of workers and preventing further escalation.

The Sinnar Municipal Council and MIDC police are conducting thorough investigations to determine the cause of the fire. Residents in the vicinity have been cautioned, and ongoing firefighting efforts are prioritizing containment and preventing the spread of the blaze.

The Adima Organic Chemical manufacturing company, located on the Sinnar Nashik Fast Track, is now the center of attention for rescue operations and damage control. Further assessments will be carried out to understand the full extent of the damage caused by this unfortunate incident.
