The recruitment process was underscored by the establishment of a dedicated ‘Complaint Redressal and Rectification Committee,’ ensuring that concerns were officially addressed. Suraj Mandhare, the State Education Commissioner, affirmed the administration’s dedication to transparency, emphasizing its resistance to external influences. The use of social media platforms and direct communications with merit holders showcased the department’s responsiveness to queries.
To guarantee accountability, an official bulletin was consistently disseminated through the portal, and a specific email address ([email protected]) was provided for lodging complaints with the Grievance Redressal Committee. A public appeal encouraged individuals to report any malfeasance directly to the authorities, further enhancing the integrity of the process.
Stringent measures were implemented to prevent attempts to mislead qualified candidates, with swift ministerial and bureaucratic intervention in resolving technical issues. Despite these commendable efforts, a substantial number of vacancies remain within the school education department, totaling 16,799 out of 21,678 positions. Reservations have resulted in unfilled slots, including 2,357 seats for ex-servicemen, 1,536 for part-time candidates, and 568 for sports enthusiasts.
