- Written undertaking not to convert the visit visa to a residency visa.
- Commitment to the specified duration of the visit.
- Medical treatment restricted to private hospitals if necessary during the visit.

Commercial Visit Visa Conditions:
- Issuable upon request from Kuwaiti companies and institutions to individuals with proper academic or artistic qualifications aligned with the company’s activity.
- Violations of stay periods may result in legal consequences and potential inclusion in a security control system.
