Dark Day for Pakistan: Airports Plunge into Darkness, Internet Shutdown Raises Eyebrows

In an unusual sequence of events in Pakistan on December 17th, airports across the country experienced sudden power outages, concomitant with a nationwide internet shutdown. The situation has raised questions, especially as Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders claim that the internet blackout was strategically timed before their virtual meeting.

Amidst these disruptions, a significant development emerged with the reported killing of Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist Habibullah, also known as Bhola Khan or Khan Baba. Bhola Khan, a cousin of Dawar Khan Kundi involved in anti-India activities, was allegedly shot in Runwal by unidentified assailants. This incident has added another layer of complexity to the unfolding events.

Reports suggest that the internet shutdown, causing inconvenience to users across Pakistan, was orchestrated ahead of a virtual meeting organized by Imran Khan’s PTI party. Imran Khan, the former Prime Minister of Pakistan, is currently incarcerated, and his party intended to showcase strength through the virtual gathering. However, the blackout disrupted social media platforms, affecting users in Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad.

While the chaos of Bhola Khan’s murder, the PTI meeting, and the internet shutdown ensues, another unverified news has surfaced on social media. Speculation is rife about the alleged poisoning of Dawood Ibrahim, India’s most wanted underworld figure. Rumors suggest that Dawood has been admitted to the hospital, and his condition is critical. As of now, there is no official confirmation from Pakistani media or any other sources regarding Dawood Ibrahim’s health.
