- Visit the IRCTC website and navigate to the train section. Select “Cancel Ticket” followed by the “Counter Ticket” option.

- Enter essential details such as the PNR number, train number, and captcha. Confirm your understanding by ticking the relevant box and click submit.
Step 3:
- Upon submission, an OTP (one-time password) will be sent to the mobile number provided during booking.
Step 4:
- Enter the OTP received on the registered mobile number to confirm the cancellation request.
Step 5:
- Review the displayed PNR details and revenue information. Proceed by clicking “Cancel Ticket” for complete cancellation. The total refund amount will be indicated.
