Catch ‘Em All: Rowlet Takes Center Stage in Pokemon Go’s January 2024 Community Day

In the thrilling world of Pokemon Go, trainers across India are gearing up for the first Community Day of 2024, scheduled to take place on Saturday, January 6. From 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, virtual meetups will unfold in seventeen cities, promising an immersive experience for Pokemon enthusiasts.

  • Virtual Meetup Cities: New Delhi’s Lodhi Gardens, Mumbai’s Horniman Circle Garden, Pune’s Saras Baug, Gurugram’s Leisure Valley Park, Jaipur’s Jawahar Circle, Bengaluru’s Statue of Edward VII in Cubbon Park, Kanpur’s Kargil Park, Vadodara’s Kamatibaug, Kolkata’s Lions Safari Park in Rabindra Sarovar Lake, Varanasi’s Shaheed Udyaan Nagar Nigam, Patna’s Science Center, Chennai’s Tower Park in Anna Nagar, Hyderabad’s Indira Park, Lucknow’s Lohia Park, Ahmedabad’s Gandhi Ashram, Thiruvananthapuram’s The Napier Museum, and Visakhapatnam’s All Abilities Children Park.

The upcoming Community Day will shine a spotlight on Rowlet, making it more commonly found in the wild. Additionally, Decidueye, an evolved form of Rowlet, will have the opportunity to learn the powerful Charged Attack, Spirit Shackle. This move holds varying power in Trainer Battles and Gym and raid battles, with a chance to lower the opposing Pokemon’s Defense in Trainer Battles. For exclusive access to the Rowlet Community Day Special Research story, trainers can purchase it for $1 during the event.

Post-event, trainers will have the chance to engage in special four-star Raid Battles, causing more Rowlet to appear around the Gym that hosted the raid for 30 minutes after a successful battle. Dartrix, another evolved form of Rowlet, will make an appearance in four-star raids, with the potential of encountering a Shiny Rowlet.

To enhance the Community Day experience, two special bundles will be available for purchase during the event. The first bundle, priced at 1,350 PokéCoins, includes 50 Ultra Balls, five Super Incubators, one Elite Charged TM, and five Lucky Eggs. The second bundle, costing 480 PokéCoins, offers 30 Ultra Balls, one Incense, three Super Incubators, and one Lure Module.
