Mumbai, July 17 (UNI) Rupee on Monday declined by two paise at 82.16 against the US Dollar in the opening session on rising demand for the US Dollar by bankers and importers, dealers at Foreign Exchange said.
The local unit eased against other world currencies amid a strong opening in the equity market.
The Rupee recorded intraday highs and lows at 82.12 and 82.19, respectively.
