Indian Fighters Club Reveals Participants for Dubai Budokan Cup 2024, Includes Youngest World Champion

Bahadurgarh, Haryana – April 29, 2024: The Indian Fighters Club, in partnership with the Karate Association of India, has unveiled the formidable lineup of players who will represent the club at the prestigious Dubai Budokan Cup 2024. With a diverse group of talented martial artists set to compete, anticipation is soaring for India’s performance on the global stage.

Led by seasoned veterans and promising newcomers, the Indian contingent comprises individuals who embody the spirit of excellence and dedication to the martial arts discipline. Among the participants is seven-year-old Debangana Saha from Pune, India, who has already made history by becoming the youngest World Champion in the 7-10 age group category. Debangana’s remarkable achievement serves as a testament to India’s growing prominence in the world of karate.

  2. Manthan Devrath – Male, Age 20, Black Belt, Weight: 48KG (Events: Kata, Kumite)
  3. Anmol – Female, Age 18, Black Belt, Weight: 60KG (Events: Kumite)
  4. Aarav Surendra Bhai Rajput – Male, Age 30, Black Belt, Weight: 62KG (Events: Kumite)
  5. Hemant Kumawat – Male, Age 21, Black Belt, Weight: 64KG (Events: Kata, Kumite)
  6. Rohit Kumawat – Male, Age 21, Black Belt, Weight: 58KG (Events: Kata, Kumite)
  7. Samarth Hegde – Male, Age 30, Black Belt, Weight: 30KG (Events: Kata, Kumite)
  8. Debangana Saha – Female, Age 7, Green Belt, Weight: 24KG (Events: Kata, Kumite)
