Prabhas’ ‘Salaar’ Roars at Box Office, Surpasses Rs 175 Crore Globally on Day 1

After much anticipation, ‘Salaar: Part One- Ceasefire’ hit theaters on December 22, leaving a resounding impact on the global box office. The film’s online bookings in India alone have surpassed Rs 42 crore. When considering both online and offline sales, ‘Salaar’ is expected to have grossed around Rs 180 crore on its opening day across all languages. This remarkable feat establishes it as the biggest opening for any Indian film in 2023.

‘Salaar’ in Two Parts:

As previously reported, ‘Salaar’ is a two-part saga. The first part, titled ‘Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire’, has already taken the box office by storm. The second part, titled ‘Shouryaanga Parvam’, is eagerly awaited by fans.

Stellar Cast:

Prabhas takes on the role of Deva/Salaar, while Prithviraj Sukumaran essays the character of Varadharaja Mannar. Jagapathi Babu portrays Rajamannar, and Shruti Haasan plays Aadya in this cinematic extravaganza.
