Animal” Roars at the Box Office: Ranbir Kapoor’s Film Crosses ₹300-Crore Milestone in One Week

In a remarkable feat, Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna starrer “Animal” continue to dominate the box office, crossing the coveted ₹300-crore mark within a mere week of its release. The Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial has not shown any signs of slowing down, as it raked in an impressive ₹23.50 crores on the eighth day, bringing the total domestic box office collection to an astounding ₹361.08 crores.

Even in the face of tough competition with Meghna Gulzar’s “Sam Bahadur,” featuring Vicky Kaushal, “Animal” has showcased power-packed action sequences, garnering significant success and proving to be a force to be reckoned with in the current movie landscape.

Bollywood trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the film’s one-week report card on his social media handle, emphasizing the film’s “SENSATIONAL” performance. Adarsh pointed out that “Animal” now holds the record for the third biggest 7-day total of all time, achieving this milestone despite being a non-holiday release. Notably, it also stands as the highest-grossing ‘A’ certified film, even after facing stiff competition from another film.

Allu Arjun, the star of the hit film “Pushpa,” took to social media to give a special shout-out to “Animal.” Describing it as “mind-blowing,” Arjun praised the cinematic brilliance displayed in the movie. He extended his congratulations to Ranbir Kapoor for elevating Indian cinema performances to a new level and expressed deep admiration for the magic created on the screen. Arjun also commended the performances of Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor, and Bobby Deol, underscoring the film’s overall impact on audiences.

The success of “Animal” not only cements its place in the record books but also sets a new standard for box office performance in contemporary Bollywood.
