Admission Process for Class 11 Announced; Online Registration Begins on May 24

The registration for 11th Standard Online Admission will commence on May 24, kicking off a comprehensive process designed to ensure all eligible students secure a seat. This year’s admission procedure will feature three regular rounds, two special rounds, and additional special and daily merit rounds if necessary.

Key Details of the Admission Process

Regular and Special Rounds

The primary phase will consist of three regular rounds of admissions. Following these, there will be two special rounds to accommodate students who do not secure admission in the initial rounds. If there are still students without admission, further special and daily merit rounds will be conducted to place these students.

Absence of FCFS Round

Unlike previous years, the First Come First Serve (FCFS) round will not be held this year. Admissions under various quotas—such as management, minority, and in-house—will proceed in parallel with the central rounds.

Online Practice and Application Process

Practice Admission Process

To help students familiarize themselves with the system, a practice admission process will be available on May 22 and 23. Students can use a dummy login on the portal https://11thadmission.org.in/ to get accustomed to the online application procedure.

Actual Application Process

The first part of the actual application can be filled starting from May 24. The second part of the application will commence after the announcement of the 10th Standard results.

Quota Admissions

Management of Quota Seats

Admissions under management, minority, and in-house quotas will be managed by individual colleges. If there are any vacant seats after these quota admissions, they will be included in the central admission rounds. All quota admissions will be based on merit.

Important Dates

  • May 22-23: Practice admission process.
  • May 24: Start of registration and the first part of the application process.
  • Post 10th Results: Commencement of the second part of the application process.

Staying Informed

Students and parents are encouraged to stay informed and regularly check the official portal for updates and detailed instructions on the admission process. This structured approach aims to streamline admissions and provide fair opportunities for all students seeking admission into the 11th Standard.

By following this detailed process, the admission authorities aim to ensure a smooth and transparent admission experience for all stakeholders involved.
